  We live in Wapella and the internet is spotty at best. There are times when the internet will be running fine then-nothing. It's terrible when needing to get business done or my daughter needs to do her homework and this seems to be an ongoing issue. We've called several times, but at certain times there's no one there to fix the issue. I know for certain that we are not the only ones in the area who have experienced this issue with this system because I have a friend who dropped them for this very issue. Fix this! (P.S: no the account is not under my name, but it will hopefully not be under the owners name soon either!)

  We have the highest package which says like up to 10mbs upload and download and at most we only get 2 of each and the internet is constantly getting really high ms/ping lag. Which makes us unable to watch Netflix, Youtube, or Twitch unless were in 240P and it still buffers
